Big Beam Model 166

I bought this Big Beam Model 166 w/ original box for $20. It appears to have never been used. I inserted a 6 volt battery and it worked! I noticed the bulb got brighter after about a minute. This is my first Big Beam, and I discovered the company is still in business! I would love to own one of their 12V spotlights! Anyone with knowledge on this light or the relationship between Big Beam and Teledyne, please share.

I have a few of big beam lights. Not a lot of throw for that big bulb. Still pretty cool
