Bike Computer- hard to see digits.

as the title says, to see the digits you have to get down on a angle to see them clearly. Is it time for a new battery? Or is the display no good?

If the computer recently started doing that but was fine before, then I'd say it's time for a new battery. Another possible culprit could be the cold weather. LCD displays often become unreadable at low temperatures.

My smoke alarm uses those square 9v. :nana:

I'm still waiting for the watch batteries to arrive. Nothing but warm weather here.

Haha...I was gonna question your sunglasses. Peeps with polarized lenses cannot see the radio display in some BMW's. I figured it was a possibility.

Ya it seems that the battery was dead, but holonyak is very right with the whole polarized glass bit. When you have polarized lenses on, it distorts the view of the screen (it makes ipods look like they have cracked screens to me).
