bin codes?

Ok, this may have been asked before and I feel like an idiot asking this, but how exactly do you read these bin-codes? I've looked at the Lumileds pdf but it's frelling greek to me for some reason. And where can you buy emitters and know what kind of bin you'll end up with? Do you just order some and hope for the best???

The first letter indicates brightness, the middle one (or two) is for tint (if it's white), the last one shows the forward voltage (Vf).

The Sandwich Shoppe sells Luxeons with bin codes, but that may stop soon. Good ones come once in a while, there are some T-binned Lux III stars there even as we speak now.

And check out the B/S/T section, sometimes you'll find people selling binned emitters or stars.

Otherwise you'll have to ask the very nicely for the bin codes.
 
Were I not so lazy, I'd get my webhost configured and post a PDF file I made that's easier to interperet than that webpage.
