I did this build for a friend who was looking for some seriously pocketable power. It is a T6 XM-L driven by a 2.8A 3 mode driver powered by a single rechargeable lithium cell. The reflector was just something I had sitting around the parts bin and the head was bored to accept the pill. The MCPCB is an 8mm board to fit in the tiny pill. I used aluminum because I was tired of machining copper and because it is a lot lighter and the copper snugs are pretty heavy, the aluminum makes for a lighter head. When used on burst use on high works just fine for heat dissipation. While not photographed well the negative contacts are soldered on to the back of the board and are supported against the aluminum snug. Making a solid negative contact is generally the challenging part of these builds. Arctic Silver thermal epoxy will be used to secure and transfer heat to the body once the build is tweaked.
