-Black Anodized Arc LS
-Cree XM-L T6
-Tri-FLuPIC v2.2 3P 2.5A
-Custom AL Heatsink
-Modified 18mm Reflector
-Mineral Glass Lens
-Glow Oring

Making the heatsink.

Drilling a couple of holes.

MCPCB turned down to match the base of the reflector.

Heatsink tapered to match the reflector for centering.

Shortened reflector.

Tr-FLuPIC wired in 3 parallel.

Completed module.

Tailcap bored deeper to minimize the gap between body & tail due to the increased stack height.

Beamshot comparison (not necessrily depicting it's true brightness) against my Arc LS P7 Tri-FLuPIC mod. Same driver as used in this one. Puts my P7 Arc to shame with a better tint & nicer beam.

I'm still "retired" but even retired people work. Still thinking about it. After all, this is not the first time.

Where did you get those glow Orings?

IIRC I purchased my glorings from Sigman years ago. Not sure if he still sells them, haven't been to the MP in a very long time.
