That's right Mark, an N cell replacement body for the Arc AAA. I plan to use my HA body with my d'mo LS Arc AAA mod. Jets22 has a number of older threads that have pictures of the tail. It's a little wider than the Arc, and has a stand up tail similar to the Arc AA. Also it has a two piece tail, so the battery comes out the tailend. Nice! I haven't seen one of TnC's in person, so I can't compare.

Jets has sold these black ones twice, but I keep missing the posts, and with the small volume, they go fast!

I'm planning on trying mine with a Peak black 3 LED high output head since I don't have a nice d'mo mod. (yet!) With a 500mAh rechargeable battery, It should make a nice keychain light.

Slightly off topic, but I got my annodized one (actually I paid for one, but received two! - Brock, I'll drop you an email to work out the $$$) today and it is perfect!

I put D'Mo awesome 1W luxeon modded arc head on it and together they fit perfectly in the little key pocket in my jeans.

I can't wait for the Black Ti one....

Thanks Marc!!! Yeah I have gotten a couple e-mails on these..Seems they like the HA3 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif..Though I seem to be gettin some more requests for my Black Nitrided bodies again..

I have stated this in other threads but better do it on this one also.. There are several variations in the Arc AAA head.. the conversion body was designed to work with all variations but slight adjustments might need made.. Some need a little extra solder blob added to make contact (this is for the AAA heads that are short..Some need the bottom threads slightly thinned out ..several variations.. I have used this body with over 170 various aaa heads and ALL have been able to work..(and the head will still work with the old factory body) If you have a aaa head that falls into this odd variation ..I fix these for free if needed. Just figured I would mention once again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
