How many of us love our white Opalec Newbeam Modules? Full regulation for flat output up to ten hours, with a red LED regulation fall-off indicator, it's as good as it gets. There's an Opalec Newbeam Module with blue LEDs now. That has been pretty much unheard of becuase it was designed for theatrics, where blue is the color used by stage crew. It has very limited use, but why do we buy other blue LED lights for? Blue looks cool. The module also includes a "foggy lens" which wonderfully smooths out the otherwise ringy beam typical of colored LEDs.
