Botach cr123 batteries $.69 each, any good?

I just got an email from botach tactical advertising cr123 batteries for .69 each. They are from the "North american battery company" the label says ultralast photo lithium. 1400mah. Any one heard of these?, are they any good?

Look again, the ad never says the battery size!
