brainstorm an idea for flashlight + key mod

I recently modded my leatherman micra with a key. (http://www.instructables.com/id/Swiss-Army-Keys-Key-and-Leatherman-Mod/)

Now I was thinking of making something similar for a friend as a christmas present. However a multitool will not be as useful for them so I thought integrating a key with a flashlight would be a better choice.

Any ideas on what flashlight would be good for this purpose? Im only integrating one key.

with these a similar mod could be done but i think something more elegant and simple is out there.

another idea: get a light with a clip and replace the clip with a flip out key.

Victorinox (the Swiss Army Knife ["SAK"] folks) makes a knife with an LED light built into one side. Not sure how easily a SAK can be dis- and re-assembled, though. Also, most keys are wider than a single SAK tool so you'd probably have to replace two adjacent tools with one key.

I've also seen car fobs with a flip-out key (Volkswagen, for example). Perhaps you could buy a spare from a dealership, remove the electronic guts, and replace them with a flashlight.
