I got to thinking recently and I realized I don't have ANY C-Cell LED lights. I still have the Epieon laying around, and I thought it would be nice to throw it into something more fun than the traditional Maglite. I thought my Pelican SuperSabrelite would work well, but it's a bi-pin bulb. Then I started looking through the Galls catalog and saw the Bright Star 3C Responder, and it looks like just what I want.

Anybody know of any problems with this? I think polarity should be okay, and I can probably get the flashlight for next to nothing. Any reviews would also be quite appreciated. .TIA!

I have one with a white everled. I do not know how long it will run but it has a nice tight spot and good throw.

I had a couple and liked them...solid, very sturdy lights, pretty decent light output, and 3C is a handy size. Very solid, stiff clicki. I actually got rid of them only because I was trying to phase out C cells - didn't want to have to buy EVERY size battery, and figured I could do without that one.
