Bright Torch recommendation please

Please can someone recommend me a nice bright torch to cost up to £18 is ($30 including postage) not as big as the the 1 million candle power ones though (for sale for £10) in the UK.

You might want to mod a 2C Mag, 3X123 & KPR112 from Radio Shack $1.29

This is bright & cheep. I am sure you can get Mags in the UK, but if you can't find the bulbs locally you could get them on line. If you are unfamiliar with this mod just do a search there are several threads on this. This is a easy mod.
