bright wide-spot headlamp for medical use recommendation?

My wife is a doctor and needs more lighting at work. She asked me to find her a bright LED headlamp with a wide beam. I'd prefer something that can be powered with AA or AAA rechargeables. Would anyone be able to recommend a few headlamps that might be suitable?

Wide beam, headlamp, AA...? Zebraligh H501w comes to my mind...

Keep in mind the beam in that light is not focused at all, so it can be "too wide".

The energizer headlamps might work for that purpose. They have 4 or 5 modes of light including one red.
