Brite Strike EPLI

I keep getting emails about this light. Any feedback on the manufacturer and the model? I'm looking for a multi-purpose light for the wife's purse, preferably on the DOES NOT use CR123s and is very simple yet has a couple of easily used modes (hi-med-low, strobe not necessary.)
