Having broken a toe and seriously cut fingers, I'd take a foot injury any day. Unless I had to walk somewhere.
I'll tell you, though, wire wheel injuries are the worst. I opened up my wrist with a 10,00RPM cup brush last early summer. Took about a month to heal over, and it still looks like a fresh burn.
