budget uv light?

I was thinking about getting a uv light but I wasn't sure where to begin, any suggestions?

The first one apparently has a max voltage of 18 volts, while the second has a max of 8. The first also claims to be 3 watts, while the second claims to be 1.

thanks ill check those out. Anything that uses AA?

They probably have some 5mm array UV led lights (with multiple LEDs) that run off of AA batteries, but they probably won't be as bright.
