Can someone machine these up for me?

Hi there, I have a request from a natural healing friend of mine to produce.

He would like to make 2 x zinc tubes and 2 x copper tubes.

The tubes ideally should be 40mm in diameter with an internal bore of 20-30 mm.

The length should be about 120 mm.

He would like the tube to have a cap that screws in so that it can be water resistent.

Essentially my friend is trying to produce these

Could someone please quote how much this would cost to make?

Mac has made a number of titanium capsules of similar shape, with O-ring seal. The one on my key chain is about 50mm long and 12mm outside diameter. Seems like they were about $100 each, maybe a little less.

How about a copper pipe with copper endcaps? It costs about $5 to "machine" at any plumbing store...

Thanks for the replies, but my friend specifically wants

copper tubes and zinc tubes, i think the hardest part is getting the zinc tubes.

These containers are supposed to be used for holistic healing sessions

though how, I don't know.

I will keep trying the machinist on these forums are great. Hopefully someone can

offer some help.

Do you have a drawing? what type of thread relief and type of thread? metric or?

Do you have a source for the zinc tubes - im in usa-

Are they being shipped to japan, siberia, usa?
