Ok, So I'm wondering if the Ultrafire WF138 charger can be used with 3.0V Li-Ion batteries.?

I know it works with 3.7v Li-Ion and 3.0v LiFePO4 batteries, but can it also be used with 3.0V Li-Ion batteries like these which use Li-Ion chemistry but are regulated to 3.0v nominal working voltage?

If this little device is to be believed, than 3v Li-ion and 3v LiFePO4 can be charged the same way. is this true?

On another note, what are the voltage differences between these types and LiPo batteries anyway?

Thanks!

The answer is Yes, but it may not fully charge them, and you must set the charger to the 3.6V position instead of the 3.0V position.

I don't really know about http://www.batteryjunction.com/rc390reliba.html since there aren't any specs on the charging diodes in them, or how much is the charging voltage drop. But it will probably still slightly undercharge.

That http://www.kaidomain.com/WEBUI/ProductDetail.aspx?TranID=2960 won't work on 3V Li-ion either, so the specs are wrong. They will only work with LiFePO4 batteries.

The LiPo battery's working voltage range is just a tiny bit higher than Li-ion. I believe 3.0v to 4.25V.
