CE Markings on budget LED flashlights

Does anyknow if there are exceptions for marketing a budget key right light with 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9 LESs with the CE mark. Often these items are small and there is no room to do the mark. These items are used for promotional purposes and they will not have instructions or packaging.

Or is it a b&w rule. To sell into EU any battery operated item must have the CE mark.

Why do You need this information?
If the item is very small, it is usually sufficient to print the CE mark on the packaging. But printing a CE mark on a product or its packaging isn't sufficient for import. There are more rules concerning the declaration of conformity and manufacturer information. If You need this information, Your customs office or the European Union will provide it for You.
