Hello Paul,
I ran some additional tests on the Eneloop cells.
Testing at 1000 Hz AC, I get 0.025 ohms.
Under a 1 amp DC load, I get 0.050 ohms.
Under a 2 amp DC load, I get 0.050 ohms.
Under a 4 amp DC load, I get 0.048 ohms.
This was averaged over 4 cells, but the only deviation occurred at the 4 amp test where I had a couple of the cells come in at 0.0475 ohms. The testing was done in sequence. I ran the 1 amp test first, followed by the 2 amp test, and finally the 4 amp test. I ran a duty cycle of 30 seconds on followed by 30 seconds off and checked over several cycles at each load.
