I bought a TR002 a few weeks ago. After reading a few threads on here (some scared me ) I thought I would test it out. I charged a trustfire 14500 for the first time and it was reading 3.65v. After 30 mins I tested it. It was reading 4.1v. Another 30mins - it was reading 4.5v !
I put it in my flashlight and it worked fine. Re- tested it and it was 4.3v after ten mins its now 4.1v. I tested the charger and its 6v.
Is the above normal? I thought it would stop charging at 4.2v.
Stuck it back in. Charged for about 15 min. Green light came on so I tested the battery. 4.2v. All appears to be ok.
