A local Radioshack had some outdated off-brand camera batteries on sale for ~$3 each. They are 7.4v, 650mAh batteries for JVC cameras. I bought one just to check it out for a project I was planning.
Inside, they have a fairly complex circuit board, which seems to be a battery protection PCB, but I'm not quite sure what exactly it does. It has the three connections for two LiIon cells in series (B+, B-, and the midpoint connection labeled BS) (there is also another BS pad) The terminals on the outside are labeled V+, V-, C, and T.
What I want to figure out is how to charge them: what voltage to supply, or what charger to use.
Seeing as I own no JVC cameras or chargers for them, I have no way of measuring the voltage on them while charging, so I was hoping that someone could help me out. There was also another, larger battery on sale for $11, but I figured I should hold off till I have a charging method setup for 7.4v cells
