I was wandering what it ment when the charge light was changing from red to green every few seconds. And should you plug up light first or charger first manul does not say. thanks.

I believe that means the battery has drained down & protection has kicked in.

Try this:

Plug charger in

then plug into light

hold down the boost button for 5 seconds (may have to do this a few times)

This should make the battery PCB come out of protection and the charger should go to red and begin charging the batterys.

Cheers!

I have not used my Razorbeam in a few months and now I does not want to charge. I tried the above but no luck. Do you think I have a dead battery? Any other suggestions?
