Cheapest decent aa/aaa smart charger?

What is the cheapest, decent aa/aaa smart charger that has no limit on battery capicity.

one of the good chargers that is out of production but can be found on ebay is the duracell mobile charger. The model is CEF23 there is two models of the charger but the only difference between them is the accessories (batteries and/or car adapter).

I've also been looking for a travel charger for my eneloops. Is this a decent enough travel charger or is there something else better to use for eneloops? Thank you!

It should work well, I removed the AC plug on mine and use a wallwart so it will sit more flat on the table. They do have some USB chargers that may come with AC adapters and car adapters out there that vary.
