Choosing a light modder/builder?

I don't want that title to imply that I seek rankings or anything - I've looked at the custom and mod forums, but I'm not sure who to go to for what I'd like done - some of you may have read a thread by me recently, asking if the light I want exists - I got a lot of good answers, but not many had to do with who, specifically I might look to ask before settling on something else or giving up until a company makes what I want.

What I'm hoping to find is someone who can either make a AA LED light with a really good neutral-warm incan-ish tint, or who can modify an off the shelf AA LED light to provide this. I'm not sure to which of the custom people to pose this question.
