I have a few LEDs that are or have been exposed to the elements... dust, fingerprints, etc. Among other things, my poorly-handled Terralux minimag drop-in and the LEDs in my Arc AAAs. Is there an effective and safe way to clean the surface of an LED? I've tried pouring over rubbing alcohol but it didn't seem to have a noticable effect.
