The VIP AA body is hereby offered.
The VIP AA body is used with 2xAA NiMH batteries in place of the stock 1x123 body. It provides a roughly 10% brightness increase and an increase in runtime (based on the capacity of the AA NiMH batteries chosen), not to mention the capability of recharging your VIP. It was discussed in this CPF thread.
The AA body will be machined from aluminum, maintaining the overall finned and knurled look of the stock VIP body. All external aluminum surfaces will be hard anodized, type III, in black to match the VIP. Each body will be supplied with two endcaps to retain batteries when not in use.
