Compatibility KL7

Hello, does anyone "know" if a surefire KL7 head will fit on a standard 6P type body??

No it is made for the 8AX or 8NX body as an LED upgrade

different thread size, different diameter body, different voltage due to different battery chemistry:o

The KL7 requires the larger diameter body of the 8AX/8NX. Required voltage for the KL7 is 3.6-4.2 volts, or as high as you can charge the battery pack, so voltage would not be a problem is you could find an adapter for the 6P to fit the head size and threads of the KL7 head.

No, has its own size. There was a special turbo head for it, not sure but maybe KT5.

The 8-Series bezel threads are not shared by any other models. The KT5 TurboHead Kit has a special adapter collar so that a standard KT TurboHead can be used.

The 8AX, 8NX & L7 have the same bezel diameter as the M2 so share BeamFilters.
