Where can I get a good book on this subject?

Edward Thorp's _Beat the Dealer_ (1966) is the cannonical work. Thorp, for all practical purposes, is the father of modern blackjack, as he codified what is now called "basic strategy" and he invented card counting. There has been a lot of work in this area since then, but you might as well start at the beginning.
