I am running this runtime test with Surefire 3P clone by FiveMega with Malkoff M60LL and primary Panasonic CR123A cell.
Ran it overnight, tested 2.9V on my multimeter. Was running it some more when noticed the cell hot noticeably hot. Not burning hot but pretty warm. I let it cool and all was fine. No weird sounds/smoke or any fireworks. Put it back into the lite and could not duplicate the 'warm cell' incident.
Malkoff M60LL P60 type module is rated up to 9V and consumes about 160 mAh but this is a depleted cell it seems. Off 1xCR123A, it's running out of regulation the entire time.
