Custom LED Light Build Inquiry

Hey everyone. I am new to the "flashlight" world but I have a project that I would like to build. It would be a custom LED flashlight build. I have schematics of what I would like it to look like but would like to discuss with someone the specifics of how to make it work, and if possible, talk about fabrication with something of a CNC piece of machinery. This may be a "one off" production, so I obviously understand the costs associated with a small-quantity custom order. I'd like to be as vague as possible about specifics to the general public but would be more than happy to discuss further with someone that is well rehearsed in this field.
