Custom Reflector

Hi all, I recently purchased a wolf eyes 24w. I really like the light and am looking into making a custom reflector for it to increase the already awesome throw! I have a summer job in a full cnc machine shop and have access to basically anything imaginable. I have all the dimensions for the outer part of the reflector down, but am still confused about how to change the parabola on the inside to increase the throw. any suggestions? thanks in advance! ps. if anyone has any decently high volume projects they would like to get done i might be able to get something going at the shop for you. check out the site :wave:http://www.custommachineinc.com/

The closer you come to a true parabola, with the focal point at the light source, the further the throw.

The deeper your reflector, the larger percentage of light gets focused where you want it.
