Custom W200 heat sink

I'd like to get several custom aluminum heat sinks/towers made for the W200. I drew them up in Google sketchup, but I don't know how to post the.skp file.

Basically, it would be a ~35mm long tube with a flange on one end and a recessed lip on the other. I would also need a ~27mm wide, 5mm thick disc.

Can anyone give me suggestions as to whom I may contact for pricing and availability? I'd love to get a lathe myself, but I'm not terribly handy, and $ is a sticking point right now.
