Seals and Croft, Olivia Newton John, Journey, The Eagles, Little River Band, Alan Parsons Project, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Commodores, Linda Rondstat, Boston, Dan Fogelberg, Boz Skaggs, Gino Vanelli, Gordon Lightfoot, Foreigner, Carly Simon, Barry Manilow, Kenny Rogers, Kenny Loggins, Quincy Jones, Player, Orleans, Barbara Streisand, Harry Chapin ...
Those were just the ones off the top of my head; I can probably count on one and a half hands the current acts I enjoy today.
