Hi,
I have a very good buck converter but the number of cells needed to run the circuit is 11!!!
If I had a boost converter I could run it of a far more reasonable 6 Cells and still have a sufficient to run the flashlight for hours.
But I like my current UI so don't want to buy a different converter.
Is there such thing as a DC-DC voltage doubler that I can plug in front of the buck to compensate?
I need it to jump from 7v->14v with a max current draw of 700ma after the buck, so 1.5Aish before?
So any advice?
