Decent but cheap flashlights(does that exist?)

How does the Costco 2 pack of Duracell brand that are supposed to be 600+ Lumen rank for $25.00? I've been looking at those and have more of the Cheap CREE Tech Lites from costco when they were a 3 pack for $15.00.

I am very new to the world of quality flashlights, but for the money($25) I am very happy with my Thrunite Archer 1A with a 14500 battery. For its size it puts out a crazy amount of light for me. My comparison for this lights output in terms of WOW brightness is a Fenix TK11, Fenix E50, Streamlight stylus Pro and a Stinger LED HP.
