Hey folks. I am looking at getting a new work light. I have it narrowed down to three torch's, based on reviews here on CPF and specs. I have it down to the Sunwayman T20CS, Eagletac G25C2, and the Surefire Fury P2X. Some things I look for in lights is a good white tint (not too green, a little is fine), no obvious holes or artifacts in the bam, decent throw, very durable and rugged, and reliable. When it comes to the UI I am not too picky. I got use to the X7 UI very quickly. Does anyone own any of these lights and can vouch for them? I will be using this light for my job, volunteer firefighting, so it is essential that the light holds up to heat, water, etc... Thanks in advance.

I know you've narrowed down to three lights, but what about angle lights that seem to be designed for firefighters? FoxFory and Streamlight both have products directed towards firefighters. Streamlight's Survivor series and FoxFury's BT2 or BT3 might be worth a look.

Out of those three lights, the Sunwayman T20CS has the highest lux value. Three different reviews from three different people, Surefire fury was 10k lux @ 1m on light reviews, Selfbuilt's review pegs the Eagletac at 13k lux @ 1m, and a thread here about the T20CS says 20K lux @ 1m. Selfbuilt's review on the Eagletac also has the Thrunite TN11 at 19K lux @ 1m.

As I said in the PM, I don't own these lights, so I can't vouch for their reliability.

Good luck with your search!
