Does anyone know the die size of the various Osram LEDs? I can't find the information on the Osram website or anywhere else.
This is what I have figured out from the links provided:
Osram ostar: 6 dice; 1mm x 1mm each
Diamond dragon: 1 die; 1.4mm x 1.4mm (2mm^2)
Golden dragon (GD) ???
Golden dragon plus (GDP) ???
Platinum dragon ???
I gather that the GD has a smaller die than the standard 1mm^2 and that the GDP has a larger die than the GD. Links would be helpful. Thanks
