differences between e2e and outdoorsman?

I don't own either, but I believe that the e2e comes with a 65-lumen bulb, while the Outdoorsman comes with a 25-lumen bulb. In the latter case, the idea is to get more runtime if you don't need extreme brightness.

The E2e comes with a MN03 with 60 lumens, Outdoorsman is MN02 with 25 lumens.

BUT...most importantly, the E2e comes with the cool "Executive Elite E2e" label machined on the body, with TWO patent numbers. Whereas the Outdoorsman comes with just a cheesy "Outdoorsman", with one patent number.

Would you rather carry (and show off to your friends) a light that looks and sounds James Bond-ish, or just show them some tool designed for camping...eh? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The laser etching on the body is different.

You may find either the E2e or E2o does not have the new scalloped bezel rim yet...

Also, the TailCaps will be phased to the Clickie and that may not happen on all models at the same time due to stock levels (at SureFire and Dealers)

okay thanks, all. I would like the bigger clip fow wide belts. I am going to put a led in it so the lamp isn't important.

Hawk, it comes with cheese, too? Sounds perfect for camping! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

To bake in a casserole with milk or a sauce and often with bread crumbs: scalloped potatoes.

I would think the E2O ideal for outdoor use in general. My 6P and my E2E tend to really snuff my night vision. It is not as severe with my E1E. But the E2O would give longer runtime.
