Differences between Ultrafire B3 and Ultrafire 602C?

As the title says, does anyone know of any significant differences between the Ultrafire B3 and the 602C? I noticed that both DX and Kai have them listed, and I couldn't really tell the difference between the 2 except that one has a Luxeon PWT and the other is just a Luxeon led??? Can anyone help?
