Diffuser Film or Lens

Hello,

Just purchased a Havis Shields 35Watt light, but I am worried it may be too spotlight for my needs as I may need more of a flood out of the light. Does anyone know where to get Diffuser film or a lens that would fit this light? Any info would be great. Thanks.

You can pick up a piece of 6x6 Lexan Polycarbonate at a home store and cut it to fit over the lens then scuff it up with sand paper or steel wool that should give you a good flood and soften the hot spot
