direct Q5 drive?

Hi I need technical advise its possible to conect direct with no resistor etc,
Q5+10108 battery?
Bad for battery?
what performance would I get?

Don't have a 10108. I guess the current may be nearly 1A, which is probably too much for such a small battery.
