disassemble an mr11?

i have a black 10 watt mr11. the black ones seem to be 10X the price of the regular ones. i was wondering if i could remove the lens and bulb and put a 10 watt t3-g4 in there. the thing is, i cannot seem to find a way to get it apart without perhaps destroying it. if anyone knows how to get one apart id appreciate advice.

if i posted this in the wrong forum,mod please move it. anyways it looks like it does not simply come apart. the lens is glued on and the bulb appears to be cemented into a plastic retainer. i hope some one knows.
