Interesting, but I fear putting the TK45 or that expensive camera on that flimsy bendy tripod is an accident waiting to happen.:shakehead
 
offtopic but... ugliest light I have ever seen this TK45s.

ontopic , is that tripod magnetic?

Wait they're magnetic? I've had a gorillapod for around a year and I didn't realise they were magnetic!
 
Interesting but concerning the last combination, IMHO it would be more secure for the camera to put it on the tripod and keep the TK45 on gorilla pod...unless the overhead (from above) enlighting is necessary.
BTW, how was the saint-chinian ?

These photos recall me the Martian Tripods or the automatic machine guns of Aliens II.

A little ingenuity and imagination and surprising results can be obtained. Congratulations (I am thinking how to make a universal assembly of flashlights for bicycles).
