Does SSC / Flupic work on 3 Nimh or 3 Alkalines?

Hi all!

I'm having a custom 1C li-ion SSC USVOH led Mag done, it will have a Flupic driver and I was wondering if the Flupic can work with 3 regular alkaline C's or 3 NiMh C batteries so I can have more power versatility. I just don't want to risk the driver or the led.

And BTW I haven't seen actual instructions on how to change the modes in the Flupic other than the flowcharts, is there a document?

The flupic works fine on 3 Nimh's or alkalines. It will work with up to 5V (maybe 6V don't remember).

The flow charts are basically the instructions, pretty easy really. Just click your way thru using the flashing of the LED and the chart to set the light to whatever mode you want.
