hehe, got my first DB 6AA yesterday for SGD $32. Found it to be sturdy. But there is this strange clicking sound inside like something is loose, and it's not the bulb nor the filament. Replacement bulbs cost SGD 12. Can anyone recommend me a good and super bright replacement bulb? From W/A ?

And how do I mod it to 9 volts. The terminals got me all confused up....

can anyone identify what the black piece of plastic inside the picture is for? Doesn't look like a clip for the light to me.
