Hello

I need a scheme for a driver which work in range 46-48V , 280-290 mAh with integrated circuit for 15W COB LED (240 integrated chips).
Is there anybody who can make this scheme?

Thanks,

If you are looking to build a circuit, I'd recommend looking at Texas Instruments or Linear Technology for a suitable switching power supply control circuit:

look at the "WebBench" form on the right, and click on the LED tab on the top. This will let you enter in some of the critical info and the tool will make suggestions for the correct IC.
You do have to go through the WebBench tool, which lets you select the LEDs you'll be using, etc.

Linear Technology's selection tool is a bit more friendly...

or are you looking for a pre-packaged driver?
