Is it practical to swap rechargeable sizes you have too many of for rechargeable sizes you need in the classifieds, i.e. 18650 protecteds for 16650? Or is the USPS going hemorrhage when I answer the question honestly that I'm shipping Lithium batteries? Ground by Pony Express is fine as long they don't "water board" me!
