I just charged some Duraloops on my new Maha charger. All fell within 1830- 1880 Mah. These batteries sat around a while. I did an refresh and analyze on them. I don't feel that these batteries have been cycled that much and was expecting a little more out of them. Could this be because of the 2 hour charger that I was using on them? Or should I cycle them on a breakin charge to see if they will "come around" a little?

That's a common reading for a R & A. I'm getting high 1800s with my Eneloops and Duraloops.

break-in will exercise them nicely - you'll likely get higher numbers, probably in the mid 1900s.

If you are using the Maha C9000, be aware that the Maha will continue to put in a top-off charge for two hours after the "Done" indicator turns on. If you pull them off immediately they will be at ~95% state of charge with a 1000 mA charge rate.
