On the DX 7880
well I have installed one before making any measurements whne I measured current draw on the flashlight I got a max of 0.6A which is very low for this driver (LED output was proportionate).
What can be of fault? the driver itself?
On the DX 7782
How exactly do I setup this driver? Do I measure Vf and Af with the LED connected or not? How will I compesate from DMM losses?
Once installed I want to cover the exposed components around the spring of this board and similar others. What material is optimum to use, and if not what would you suggest of the following?
- Araldit 2-part epoxy
- Miliput Epoxy plaster
- DX thermal glue (the one that is used for mounting the LEDs)
Thanks beforehand, Kostas
