I have a E1B with a Z68 tailcap, I want to order a Surefire Lanyard. Which one would be the best fit.

Thanks

I have the same set up. I don't know what part number, but the one I use is the one that comes with the Surefire spares carrier. I just put a small split ring into one of the little holes in the tailcap, and attach the lanyard to that. It works out great.

Buy a spares carrier and do what Big_Ed did because the spares carrier ( with lanyard) costs little more than just the lanyards.

I agree the spares carrier is a good idea. Instead of the small split ring, however, I used the clip that came with my Zebralight. It's smaller diameter material fits into the holes. Eliminating the need for the ring and allows you to remove the clip and tail stand the light if needed.

My Surefire lanyard already had a removeable clip installed on it, so I can just unclip it from the small split ring I put on the tailcap. And with the small split ring on the tailcap, it can tailstand without even unclipping it. The small ring just rests in one of the scallops.

Same with the Zebralight clip. I liked it so much I ordered 5 extras to have around. But, with the non-scalloped Z68 the clip or ring would have to come off for it to sit flat on the tail cap.
